Private care records

The private workspace can hold human patient profiles, contact information, consent decisions, clinical notes, clinician instructions, appointments, documents, packages and billing records. Your client login shows only your own records and clinical material your clinician has approved for sharing.

Preview and live operation

Without a shared storage connection, this release uses illustrative records in a temporary preview workspace. Use fictional details only. Contact SOBEL directly for a real appointment. A request is subject to clinician confirmation and does not automatically notify the studio.

AI drafting

Local drafting templates do not send your notes to an AI service. If the clinic enables live AI, an authorised clinician must explicitly confirm permission before sending source notes to the configured provider. AI output is a draft for human review; it does not establish a diagnosis or prescription.

Photography and communications

Clinical photographs require a recorded photography permission. Marketing permission is separate from care and booking consent. Message drafts are prepared for staff review and are not sent automatically.

Your choices

You may correct contact details and cancel eligible appointment requests through your portal. Contact SOBEL Medical Group at sobelmedicalgroup@gmail.com for questions about records, consent withdrawal, access or deletion. The clinic must approve its complete privacy notice, retention policy and provider arrangements before using this release for real patient information.

Private packages

Package terms are agreed privately with the studio. Renewal records do not automatically charge a card or guarantee an appointment. Clinicians review suitability and confirm care arrangements.
